
The workshop is an experiential learning journey that is meant to:
– to support us in becoming mindful of how our nervous system works by exploring the energy patterns that show up in our bodies.
– to offer us a chance to use somatic and breathing practices to cultivate a state of natural being – relaxed, yet attentive and ready for action
– to allow us to create a space for us to consciously tune in and listen to our inner dialogue so that we might welcome all parts of ourselves.
