Trebuie precizat insa ca anxietatea nu este in sine o problema mentala si nu defineste o emotie rea, disfunctionala, pe care ar trebui sa o eliminam complet din viata noastra. Ea este o emotie naturala, care s-a pastrat in evolutia noastra deoarece era utila pentru supravietuire.
